La Charm Hoi An Hotel & Spa

The staff amazed me with their attentiveness, especially Ms Loan, who went out of her way to assist with everything. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with an extensive array of options. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean with a lovely terrace. The free bikes were perfect for exploring the nearby countryside and getting a taste of local life. The noise from the street was quite disruptive.

Air-conditioned, stylish room complete with lovely big bathroom and good AC, as example. The location is good, at walking distance from Japanese Covered Bridge. The hotel provided a great customer service during our trip.

Nothing that i didn't like!

Well-designed and spotless rooms combined with GOOD facilities. Very comfy bed, a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Location really close to the Old Quarter as well as the old town center.

The included breakfast was extensive and tasty.

I was disappointed by the noise coming from the street. It made our attempts to relax quite frustrating. Staff were overly persistent in trying to sell us various services, which didn't feel helpful but rather intrusive. Although we had some good moments, these aspects significantly marred my stay.

In relation to the good price paid, it was ideal place to stay with efficient service. The hotel has quiet location really close to the old town around the river and local restaurants and convenience stores.

An lovely stay! The cute check-in set a perfect tone. Our Beautiful Double/Twin Old Town View room was amazing! Breakfast was a feast with countless delicious options. Exploring the area on free bikes was a highlight. Particularly Ms Nga, were really nice. Highly recommend!

The room had an amazing view, but the breakfast service was a bit chaotic.

The hotel had a fantastic pool, gorgeous decor, and free bike rentals to explore the area. Our room was spacious and clean.

the wifi wasn't very strong. but the breakfast spread was fresh with a variety of local dishes. and the pool area provided a great escape. staff were friendly and remembered our names!

Couples looking for luxury

We thoroughly enjoyed devouring breakfast each morning, such a vast buffet with fresh choices daily, I mean they had everything. The spa was just excellent, like divine treatments that helped us unwind after a long day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Great location close to the old part of town. the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was really spacious. They have fresh sheets and towels in the room, which is a nice touch. the breakfast options are really good too! 🌟

The hotel is exceptionally clean and glamorous, I definitely recommend it; the central location is fantastic with a market and convenience stores nearby.
